Adding a Statement Message

You can add a statement message specific to a resident in the Resident A/R Setup section of the resident's A/R Profile. This is useful if you want to send the resident or resident's contact a specific message in the statement. For example, Please contact the Business Office regarding your account. 

Note

The message appears on the resident's statement until you change or remove it. 

  1. Next to the Resident A/R setup, click Edit.

  2. Type a message in the Statement Message field.
