Managing Service Plan Configuration

This screen contains configuration settings for Service Plans.

  1. Care Services > Setup > Service Plan Configuration.

General Options

  • Next Review Dates by Unit - Click Next Review Date and type the number of days.

  • Intervention Position is Mandatory? - Select option. If yes, a position is required to save an intervention.

  • Warn that a Progress Note may be required when the service plan is edited? - Select option. If yes, a progress note warning appears each time a service plan is edited.

  • Warn if incomplete service plan items exist? - Select option. If yes, a warning appears if a focus is missing a goal or intervention. Additionally, the Incomplete Service Plans pane appears on the Care Services Dashboard.

  • View number of triggered items on Service Plan Detail Page? - Select option. If yes, the link shows the total number of triggered items. If no, the link shows View Triggered Items Now.

  • Show Service Plan Types - Select option. If yes, the Service Plan Type filter appears in service plans. Additionally, the Service Plan Type option appears in Pick Lists. 

  • Service Plan Libraries - Select option or options.

Care Record Report

  • Enable blank rows at end of Care Record? - Select option.

  • Include Resident Photo on Care Record? - Select option.

  • Enable Signature Lines on Care Record report? - Select option.

  • Display Date of Birth on Care Record report - Select option.

  • Include Print Date on Care Record Report? - Select option.

Service Plan Report

  • Include Resident Photo on Service Plan? - Select option.

  • Enable blank rows at end of Service Plan? - Select option.

  • Insert page break after every focus on Service Plan Report? - Select option. If yes, one focus is printed per page.

  • Enable page numbers on Service Plan report? - Select option.

  • Enable Signature Lines on Service Plan report? - Select option. If yes, the Include Signature Page option appears when printing a service plan.

  • Signature Page text - Type text to appear on top portion of signature page (optional).

  • Include allergies on all pages of Service Plan report? - Select option. If no, allergies are only printed on the first page of the Service Plan Report.

  • Include diagnoses on all pages of Service Plan report? - Select option. If no, the diagnoses are only printed on the first page of the Service Plan Report.

  • Include Special Instructions on the 1st page only of the Service Plan Report - Select option.

  • Include Special Instructions on the 1st page only of the Individual Service Plan? - Select option.

  • Include Print Date on Service Plan Report? - Select option.

  • My community hole punches the Service Plan Report on - Select option.

  • Include Last Review Date on Service Plan Report? - Select option.

Display the following information on the Service Plan Report:

  • Date Initiated - Shows the date the Service Plan item was put into effect for the resident.

  • Created Date - Shows the date the Service Plan item was added to the Service Plan.

  • Created By - Shows the user who added theService Plan item.

  • Revision Date - Shows the date of the last edit of the Service Plan item.

  • Revision By - Shows the user who last edited the Service Plan item.

  • Target Date - Shows the target date set for the goal in the Service Plan.
