Creating and Editing Service Package Categories

This screen contains configuration settings for various financial features. Use service package categories to define service packages for Points or Service Levels billing. After creating a service level type category, you can add service levels such as Gold, Silver and Bronze. You can add services to each level such as daily medication assistance or dressing assistance. At Management Console, for service levels billing, you can set up standard service packages including service levels and services. Then, simultaneously activate the service packages in multiple communities.
