Overview of Document Manager Packets

You can use Document Manager Packets to group your document manager templates. This allows you to organize documents into one packet to generate to the resident chart rather than generating documents individually. The packets can be generated on move in and generated when forms require updates. The templates can be placed in an order you want them to appear when you complete the packet. 

Good examples of this are:

  • For Move In at the community level, you may want to group multiple move in documents into an move in package so all the documents in the package can be populated with resident-specific information and generated upon move in.

  • For Move In at a corporate level, you may need to manage move in packets (groups of move in documents) which are used for specific states, communities, and lines of business.

  • This is also true for move in in and yearly form updates for Care Services form requirements such as Medication Self Administration Consent Form, Resident Medication List, and consent for vaccines.
