Recurring Transactions Report

You can generate the Recurring Transactions Report. Review this report on a monthly basis to help identify recurring charges that you can add or delete based on resident smove in.

  1. In Billing Reports under the Trust section, select Recurring Transactions.

  2. Select the resident name or resident number using the magnifying glass icon or enter the resident name or resident number in the appropriate field. Click the Tab key and make a selection if there is more than one option.

  3. Select a status.

  4. Select an item description or select All to include all items set up under Recurring Transactions.

  • Your security role must have the access level set to Yes to run the Recurring Transactions Report.
