Navigating the Resident's Chart in eMAR Quick Reference Guide

This screen contains items required to navigate the resident's chart in eMAR.

Item Number	Item Name	Description
1.	Resident Header	Shows resident's name, medical record number, location, gender, date of birth, physician, allergies and most recent vital signs. Click to expand the resident header for more information.
2.	Resident Navigation	Use to navigate to the next or previous resident chart.
3.	Medication Display	Click to select how many medications appear per page.
4.	Other Actions	Allows you to complete other actions from the eMAR Progress Note - create a Progress Note. Vitals - document vital signs. Apply to All Administrations - documents all remaining orders with the same chart code, for example Refused. Reorder OrderSupplies - order, reorder and receive orders and or supplies. Administration Record - generates a printable view of the administration record. All Orders Report - generates a listing of all orders. Unscheduled Orders Report - generates a listing of all orders that do not have schedules. Administration History Report - generates a listing of orders and their most recent administration history details.
5.	Order Tiles.	Click to document or view more information.
6.	Orders Navigation	Based on Medication Display setting, navigate to the next or previous page.
