Completing Task Configuration

This screen contains configuration settings for Tasks. 

  1. Care Services > Setup > Task Configuration.

  • Allow tasks on the Service Plan? - Select option. If Yes, focus-related tasks show in the service plan, and Show Tasks appears.

  • Task Position is Mandatory? - Select option.

  • By default include tasks on Care Record? - Select option.

  • By default include tasks on Resident's Service Plan Report? - Select option.

  • By default include tasks on Resident's ISP Report? - Select option.

  • Task Libraries - Select library. This is generally done by your PointClickCare representative during implementation.

    • PCC Daily Care Tasks - for use with Point of Care (POC).

    • POC Programs Task Library - activity-based library.

    • Senior Living paper Flow Sheet Task - for use with paper care records.

    • Senior Living Task Library - for use with Point of Care (POC).

    • Place Holder/Empty/Tasks Linked to Service Plan - empty placeholder.
