Enabling Secure Conversations Cross-Community Conversations

Organizations can enable Cross-Community Conversations. Cross-Community Conversations allow conversations to reach users across communities within the organization with Secure Conversations enabled. To use this feature, you must first enable the feature with the proper security permissions.

  1. Management Console > Standards > Financial Management > Enable/Disable Cross Community Conversations = Yes.

  • Cross-Community Conversations can be disabled using the link and switching the setting to No.

  • You must have a multi-community organizations with at least two communities having Secure Conversations enabled.

  • You must have appropriate security permission to enable Cross-Community Conversations in your organization.

    • Security Roles > EMC module > Setup – Cross-Community Conversations (parent header)> Enable/Disable Cross-Community Conversations = Yes.
