  1. I entered a credit memo as an entry type "invoice". Do I delete it and enter it again as a entry type "credit memo"?

    • No, you do not need delete and re-enter your entry. You can use the Filter tab to find your entry and view in the Invoice Entry tab. When in the Invoice Entry screen, change your Entry Type from Invoice to Credit Memo.
