Creating and Managing a Clinical Chart Template

From Clinical Chart Configuration, you can create templates and select from different reports and settings to run for a resident, based on the request type. For example, audit, transfer, and so on.

After creating, the Clinical Chart template is automatically active and can be generated from the resident chart or reports listing. For multi-community organizations, Clinical Chart templates are available in all communities.

You can click the action icon to Edit, Inactivate, or select the communities that generate or view the templates. You can also generate a Clinical Chart for a resident in an inactive community. You must select and enable the inactive community first. For more information on enabling an inactive community, see Enabling and Disabling Clinical Chart.
