Incident Audit Report 

The Incident Audit Report provides an audit trail of an incident.

The report shows all response revisions, to assist with tracking and maintaining consistency on incidents completed in the community. The report also provides detailed actions taken by users, including created, signed, unsigned, locked and unlocked information.

  1. Care Services > Incidents

  2. Select Active, Historical, or Struck out.

  3. Next to the incident, click print.

  4. Select Incident Audit Report.
