Task Care Record Report

The Task Care Record (Quick Link Report) is a printable version of the resident's electronic (POC) Care Record. POC Documentation on a resident's tasks is entered on the Care Record as documentation is completed. The time and initials of the person completing the documentation appear in the appropriate columns. This report does not include documented responses to follow up questions (use the Documentation Survey Report instead).

  1. Care Services > Resident > Tasks tab.

  2. Click Task Care Record.
