Intervention/Task Schedule Report

The Intervention/Task Schedule Report allows you to generate a listing of scheduled tasks and interventions to provide an overview of resident care and assist with scheduling resources. You can configure groups, and run the report based on several filters, including Intervention/Task Group, Shift, Position, Assignment, Unit, and Floor. Some filter options are available in POC enabled communities only.

This report can also be run in POC by clicking Task List.

Configure Groups

  1. Care Services > Reports > Intervention/Task Schedule Report

  2. Click Edit Intervention/Task Groups > click Add Group > enter Description, for example, Bathing Schedule > click Save.

  3. Select Group from the list > click Add Intervention or Add Task > select Intervention or Task from the appropriate library.

  4. After the Group is configured, click Back to access the report parameters.

Run Report

  1. Select Intervention/Task Group or All Interventions/Tasks (only POC enabled communities see the 2nd option).

  2. Select Start Date and number of day(s).

  3. Select Shift, My Position, Show Tasks For, Assignment (only POC enabled communities see these options).

  4. Select Unit, Floor, Sort By.

  • The 1 day report shows an additional Notes column and Signature section.

  •  If your community has Track Planned Time for Resident Tasks/Interventions set to Yes in Care Services > Setup > General Configuration, two additional items appear on the report: Planned Time column, and Total Planned Time section. The Planned Time additions are only available for the 1 day report.
