Task Manager – Overview

The Task Manager portal provides you with an overview of your community’s scheduled workload per assignment for POC. Within the portal you can reallocate residents’ tasks to keep a balanced workload throughout the community and manage staffing changes. The changes made in Task Manager are immediately reflected in POC and POC Mobile. With the appropriate security, you can also edit Assignment Groups and access the Intervention/Task Schedule Report within the Task Manager portal.
