Selecting Possible Placements for a CRM Lead

Possible Placements identify the community a lead is interested in. Multiple Possible Placements can be selected for a lead until the desired location is determined. You have several search options to narrow the list based on your specific criteria. For example, communityliving unit status, and living unit amenities. 

If set in CRM Configuration, a possible placement is automatically created for the community where the lead is entered. When a lead is entered at Management Console, no possible placement is created.

You can Waitlist a lead after a Possible Placement(s) is selected. When a lead is Waitlisted at a community, the resident's name appears on the resident list under waiting list. After the lead is moved in, the Possible Placement is marked as won and the lead is closed. If the lead has multiple Possible Placements, the other Possible Placements are marked as lost. 

Note

You can delete a possible placement.  If lead is waitlisted, the waitlist is removed upon save.

If automatic Possible Placement for leads is set to yes, you can edit the placement and select a living unit.

    • Single community: CRM > Leads > Lead Details > Possible Placements.

    • Multi-community: Management Console > CRM > Leads > Lead Details > Possible Placements.

    • Select Living Unit.

    • Select Location.
