Service Change Notifications Report

The Service Change Notifications report shows Resident service level and points changes for a specified date range. The report details include, Notification Date, Resident Name, Status, Auto-Approve In (Days), Approved By/Approval Date and Cleared By/Cleared Date. If setup in Service Billing Options, you receive Notifications for all forms, even those with no change to service level.

  1. Billing > Reports > Service Change Notifications

  2. Unit - if you need the report for a specific unit, select the specific unit.

  3. Floor - if you need the report for a specific floor, select the specific floor.

  4. In the Filter Options section, specify the Notification Date Range.

  5. Select the Show Notification Age Summary and/or Show Notification Status Transition Summary, if needed.

  6. To exclude a Notification status, clear Notification Status

  7. From the Sort By list, select either Resident, Notification Date or Status.
