Setting Up Occupancy Tracking for Senior Living Quick Reference Guide

This quick reference guide provides the steps required to set up occupancy tracking by living unit weight. Complete these steps in each community.

Enable Tracking By Maximum Living Unit Weight

  • Community A/R Configuration.

  • Select Enforce max weight per Living Unit.

Create Living Unit Rate Type Category for Second Occupant

  • Rate Type Categories.

  • Use your organization's term for second occupant.

  • Weight: 0.00
3.

Create Living Unit Rate Type for Second Occupant

  • Living Unit Rate Types.

  • Select the category for second occupant.
4.

Add Second Bed To All Single Living Units 

  • Living Units Listing.

  • Edit single type living unit.

  • Add a bed.

  • Add New Living Unit/Rate Type.

    • Select Security Deposit Required, if applicable.
5.

Complete Rates for Second Occupant Rate Type.

  • Payer Rules and Rate Schedules.

  • Select the payer.

  • Edit rates.

  • Select each schedule. 

    • Select Living Unit Rate for second occupant.

    • Complete the rates.

You must complete the rates for each schedule for the payer.
