Adding Multiple Orders to the Queue

There are times when you need to add multiple orders for a resident. You can speed up the orders entry process by saving multiple orders to the order. This allows you to review and save all orders at the same time. This is especially helpful when moving in a resident to your community.

  1. Care Services > Resident > Orders.

  2. Click New and complete all fields as required.

  3. Click Queue and New.

  4. Complete all fields as required.

  5. Click Add to Queue and continue adding more orders as needed.

  6. Click Activate Queued Orders.

  • Orders in the Order Queue are not saved to the resident's chart until you Activate Queued Order.

  • If orders remain in the queue, an alert appears in the Orders tab. Click View to review the queued orders.
