Adding Schedules to Forms

You can add schedules to forms to prompt staff to initiate and complete forms based on events or triggering types.

  • Admission - Schedules the form when a resident is moved in to the community via Census or Quick ADT.

  • ReAdmission - Schedules the form when a resident is moved in to the community after being moved out.

  • Return from Leave - Schedules the form when a resident returns to the community after being on a leave of absence.

  • Transfer Out to Leave - Schedules the form when a resident transfers out on a leave from the community

  • Assessment Lock - Schedules form of the same type after the current form is locked by staff.

  • Manual Activation - Allows staff to initiate the form with a schedule, outside of a triggering event. When this option is set up, staff can go to the Forms tab > click Edit Schedules > select the form > click Activate.

  • Schedule Completion - Initiates another form schedule after the existing schedule is completed.

    • This type of trigger is used to activate a quarterly schedule. For example, a form is required upon admission and quarterly thereafter. The locking of the form indicates the move in schedule is complete, and the quarterly schedule is initiated.

  • Discharged - Schedules the form when a resident is moved out from the community via Census or Quick ADT.

    • This triggering type triggers the form one time only. Other frequencies are not available.

  • If you want to schedule a form on the same day as the triggering type, use '0' Days for the frequency. For example, to schedule a form on the same day as move in, select One Time Only and type '0' Days for the frequency.
