Completing Resident Detail

You enter the resident's information in the resident detail when a new resident is created. You can also update resident detail when resident information changes. You can set up user defined fields to appear on the resident detail by your organization.

  1.  Billing > Resident. 

  2. Select your resident.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • Billing > Resident > Next to Resident name, click edit.

    • Billing > Resident > Select Resident > Resident Header > Edit > Demographics.

  • Automatic Resident numbering is recommended and can be setup in Billing > Setup > Organization Setup > Automatic Resident Numbering Configuration.

  • If the Legal Mailing address is different from the Previous Address, clear same as above. Another address field appears for the Legal Mailing Address.

  • Normally, the clinician enters allergies. You can enter them if they are known. If not known, enter To be determined.
