AP Trial Balance Report - New

You can generate a detailed or summarized aged trial balance report and configure it using a variety of the following options:

  • Invoice date or Fiscal Period

  • As of Date

  • Report Output Format

  • Sort By

  • Detail or Summary

  • Show Aging Buckets

  1. Do one of the following:

    • GL/AP > Reports > A/P Reports section

    • Management Console  > Reporting > GL/AP - A/P Reports section

  2. Click A/P Trial Balance - New.

  3. In the A/P Trial Balance - New Report Setup page, select Invoice Date or Fiscal Period in the A/P Trial Balance by field to generate the report by invoice date and fiscal period.

  4. In the Select Vendors by section, select the vendors by code, name, code range, or group, and then enter the required details.

  5. Type or select the required date up to the time you want to generate the reports in the As of field.

  6. Select the Report output format from the lists. 

  7. Select the Sort By field to sort the report by vendor code or vendor name.

  8. Select Detail or Summary to get a detailed or summarized Report Type.

  9. Select the Show Aging Buckets if you want to see the report sorted in aging buckets.

  • You can also use the Report filter at the top of the reports to filter by name or by section. By typing the name of your selection, the number of reports are reduced and only the reports matching the criteria appear.
