Assigning a Device Token to Users

Device tokens must be assigned to users. Physical pieces of identification must be registered within PointClickCare security to associate the device to the assigned users.

It is important that the community has a supply of device tokens, so in the event that a user loses their device, another can be registered.

  1. Do one of the following: 

    • Single community: Billing  > Setup > Security Users.

    • Multi-community: Management Console > Standards > Financial Management > Security Users.

  2. Click 2nd-factor link next to user.

  3. Register Digipass Serial #.
