The Enable Customer Specific Quick Link option in Billing should be reviewed as part of Care Services General Configuration.
You can specify a particular URL (webpage) for your organization that can be accessed from within PointClickCare, in Home > External Links. For example, many organizations have their own intranet site where policies, procedures, and internal references are stored.

Single community: Billing > Setup > General Configuration.

Multi-community: Management Console > Standards > Financial Management > General Configuration.
