Non-Pharmacy Order Entry 

  1. From the order listing page, begin typing the name of the order in the template search field. Predictive text shows possible matches based upon the text you are typing.

    • You can also search for a non-pharmacy order template by doing the following:

      • Click New Order.

      • Select the Order Category of the template you want to add.

      • Begin typing the name of the template in the new template search field.

      • The fewer characters typed in the search field, the greatest number of matches you get. Continue typing additional characters to narrow the search results.

  2. Select the template you want from the list. The New Order window appears with the order details, and scheduling details automatically populated in the order form.

  3. Complete or change any details as necessary to reflect the order as given by the physician.

  5. Enter authentication if required.
