Overview of Availability and Occupancy

Use CRM A & O to view unit availability and occupancy information for each community:

  • Unit and bed occupancy summarized in bar graphs.

  • Statistics for units and beds reported by Occupied and Available categories.

The Availability and Occupancy page has 3 sections: Display Filters are located in the first section and can be expanded for use or collapsed. The left side of the Availability and Occupancy page shows a report for each community. Your security access determines which communities appear. The right side of the Availability and Occupancy page shows the floors and unit listings for the highlighted community.

To locate appropriate units when placing leads, use Availability and Occupancy to search and:

  • View unit inventory within your associated communities.

  • Filter your view of the unit inventory based on availability, physical and financial characteristics, and future occupancy.

  • Narrow results to possible units that meet your potential resident's interests.

  • To identify which community has floors listed, on the left side, look for the highlighted report.

  • The Room/Bed statuses are the same as those used in the Rent Roll Report.

  • CRM operates at EMC. In a multi-community database, links are available at both the Community and EMC levels. If you do not have EMC security access rights, selecting CRM at a community takes you to EMC with only a view of CRM and Home.
