Senior Living Communities

The Billing Living Unit Listing is where the detailed specifications for each of the living units in the community is setup and maintained. Using the status option in the living unit Listing you can set a bed as Inactive, Active or Retire. A bed is considered inactive if a record exists where the current date falls between the Start and Stop Dates. If a Stop Date is not entered, the bed is considered indefinitely inactive. If you Retire a bed, the action is permanent and it cannot be activated again. Historical information on all the time periods that a bed was inactive or when it was retired shows in the Bed Status window.
