A lease/rental agreement identifies terms and rules between the resident and community. You can attach a lease/rental agreement to the A/R Profile. This allows you to upload the contract with a rental start date and end date. You can enter a termination notice in days when one is given. An anniversary date can be entered to identify when a resident moved in. You can use the anniversary date for reporting and updating resident rates.
Note
Lease/Rental Agreement can also be uploaded from census.
After you save the lease/rental agreement, it is stored in Misc.
Note
It is recommended to set the anniversary date to the first day of the move in month to accommodate for resident rate updates.
