Form Schedule Cancellation Report

The Form Schedule Cancellation Report allows you to list all forms where the schedule is cleared or de-activated by a user. It also shows the reason the schedule was cleared or de-activated. You can list cancelled forms for all Form Types, for any Date Range. You can narrow this report down to see only forms cancelled by certain users as well.

This report shows the following information based on the filters applied in the Report Options screen:

  • Resident Name

  • Form Type

  • Type of Cancellation

  • Reason for Cancellation

  • Cancellation Username

  • Date and Time of Cancellation

  1. From Reports, click Form Schedule Cancellation Report.

  2. Select to run for multiple residents and leave the Resident Name and Number fields blank. If running for a single resident, use the magnifying glass to search for the applicable resident.

  3. Select the Form Type.

  4. Select the desired Date Range.

  5. Select the Cancellation Type.

  6. Select the Cancelled By specifics.

  7. Select the Sort By.
