Creating Living Unit Rate Type Categories

Living Units Rate Type Category is the highest level in Living Units configuration. This setup field is used in Census Budgeting. It can be configured the same as the Living Units Rate Type Configuration or summarized at a higher level. Several reports can be run using this setup field. The Living Units Rate Type Category includes a weight field which indicates the number of beds in the living unit. This weight is used in the Occupancy report calculations.

Consider scoping options. If you don't need all categories available for all Communities, scope as appropriate to minimize errors.
