Incidents Overview

Incidents records and manages incidents which occur at a community and need to be logged and reviewed for resident and community risk management purposes. Any resident incident that occurs at a community can be documented in a detailed data entry process guided by an online wizard that allows you to enter general details of the event, a description of the event, any statements from the resident or witnesses and any follow-up action to be taken. Reporting simplifies the analysis of the logged incidents for Quality Assurance and Improvement purposes.
