Leave Tracking configuration is found in the Community Configuration screen at the community level. The available options are by Payer or by Community.

When leave tracking is enabled with the by community option, leave tracking is setup from an independent leave tracking setup area and leave days are tracked for each Resident cumulatively, regardless of the payer.
Important
Track LOA Days by Payer is currently not available for Canada.

Billing > Setup > Community Configuration.

Select Community or Payer.

If you change the option in Community configuration for Track LOA Days By Payer to Community or vise versus, this clears all information on your Bed Hold LOA Days Remaining Dashboard and Report. If you make this change after you setup leave tracking, the information is hidden on the link but is not deleted. If you change the option again in setup, the information reappears on the leave tracking link.
