Reactivating CRM Accounts 

In your Accounts list for CRM, you can reactivate an account to use in your CRM system.

  1. Click the Account name.

  2. Click Reactivate Account.

  • Reactivating an account makes the account available to be selected when creating a Lead.

  • Inactivate accounts are not available to be selected when creating a Lead.

  • Only CRM Accounts can be inactivated. The account is not inactivated in External Facilities.

  • Your Accounts list populates from the External Facilities Listing and vice versa.
