Reverting Customized Service Packages to Standard Packages

To revert a customized Service Package back to the standard Service Package for the price and/or the services, edit current Service Package. 

  1. Billing > Resident > Service Package.

  2. From the Service Package menu, select edit.

  3. For the customized Service Package, click revert next to the Customized column.

  4. Select Standard Price to revert from the current price to the standard price and/or Standard Services to revert from the current listed services to the standard services.

  5. Click Revert to change the selected options to the standard.

  6. From the Edit Service Package window, you can review the changes back to the standard price and/or service.

  • Expand the Service Package Categories area to view details of service package categories and additional services on Resident Service Package tab.

  • If you revert, the standard service package charges are reflected in Recurring Charges on the A/R Profile tab.
