Deleting Documents

You can delete existing resident documents if they are no longer valid or if they were added in error from the Documents tab of the Resident's chart. 

  1. Resident chart > Documents tab. 

  2. Click del next to the document you want to delete. A warning message appears.

  • Use the Display Filters and Sort By list to locate your documents.

  • Documents are visible based on the category assigned and the module you are working in.

  • With Security permission, Document Categories can be configured in Billing > Setup > Online Documentation Storage Categories.

  • With Security permission, online document storage space statistics can be viewed under Billing > Setup > Online Documentation Storage Configuration or from Management Console > Standards > Financial Management > Online Documentation Storage Usage Summary.
