You can log into the Point of Care mobile app through your mobile device to document daily care provided to residents.
Logging out ensures your session is securely closed.
Note
If you do not document and save within a specified period of time, you are automatically logged out of the program and any unsaved information or documentation is lost.
Logging In

Open the Point of Care app on your mobile device.

Type your org code prefix, a period, and your username.

Type your password.
-
Click LOGIN.
If you have access to multiple communities and need to select a different community, click the action icon > click Change Community > select community > click Done.
Note
Before documenting, confirm the information is correct. Click Assignment to view or change the shift, position, and assignment or unit. Click the action icon > click Change Date to view or change the date.
