Service Package Report

The Service Package Report lists residents with service packages after a specific date, and provides details by for a single or all residents sorted by resident or service category. The report details include: Resident Name, Service Category, Service Level, Price, if Customized and the Customization.

  1. Billing > Reports > Service Package Report.

  2. You can report data before a certain date or for a date range. To view a different period, change the date range.

  3. To report the number of days residents are on a Service Package Category, select Show # of Resident Days on Service.

  4. To include a summary section with total number of residents on each Service Category, click Show Resident Summary. If the Service Category is Levels, the summary includes the percent of total residents and percent of total days on each level.

  5. Select a Sort By option from the list.

  6. Click Service Category to report either Service Levels or Points type categories. Select All Service Categories, or One Category from the list.

  • The Customization column of the report appears if the resident's customized service package has a customized price, services included, or additional services.

  • Sort by options are Resident, Service Category and Service:

    • If only one Service Package Category Type is active in the community, then only that Service Category Type appears in report setup. Depending on which is active in the community, you can select All, one Service Level, or Points Service Package Category.

    • If Levels, and Points Type Service Package Categories are active in the community, then report setup includes both Service Levels and Points Service Category options. Depending on which Service Category Type you select (Levels or Points), you can select All or one Service Level, or All, or One Points Service Package Category.

  • To report length of time the resident has the Service Package Category before a specified date, use As of Date, and click Show # of Resident Days on Service. Number of days appears under the Age (Days) column.

  • To report the number of days residents are on a Levels or Points Service Package Category during a specified period, enter the Date Range, click Show Number of Resident Days on Service, and select the Levels or Points Service Category(s). Number of days appears under the Days Since (date) column.

  • To report the total number of residents that have Levels or Points Service Package(s) on the specified Date(s), click Show Resident Summary and Service Category Levels or Points.

  • To report the total number of Points Service Package Category units for a period of time, enter Date Range, and click Show Resident Summary and Service Category Points. For each Levels or Points Service Package category that you select, the report summary includes total number of units for all residents on the Points Service Package Category.
