EFT Bank and Timing Configuration Overview

You can set up your EFT Bank Configuration and EFT Timing Configurations in one location using the EFT Configuration.

  1. Do one of the following: 

    • Single community: Billing > Setup > EFT Configuration.

    • Multi-community: EMC > Standards > EFT Configuration.

    • EFT Bank Configuration EMC Level.

  2. View options are all active or inactive Bank Configurations.

    • Bank Configurations shows the bank file format and File ID selected in the bank configuration.

  3. Click action next to each Bank Configuration, whether active or inactive, to:

    • Edit the Bank Configuration.

    • Community Selection - Associate and remove communities from the bank configuration.

    • View and print Bank Audit Reports in a PDF format for a full history of changes to the Bank Configuration.

    • View and print Community Audit Reports in a PDF format for a full history of community changes.

EFT Bank Configuration Single Communities

  1. To enable the Bank Configuration, select EFT Community. To return to the Billing setup screen, click Back.

  2. To view and print a full history of changes to the Bank Configuration in a PDF format, click Bank Audit.

  3. Click Community Audit to view and print a full history of community changes in a PDF format.

EFT Timing Configuration

  1. Click the EFT Timing Configuration link.

  2. View the Schedule Description and Batch Schedule.

  3. Click action next to Timing Configuration to:

    • Edit the configuration.

    • Deactivate or reactivate timing configurations.

  • For multi-community the Bank Configuration can be viewed at the community level.
