Signing and Locking Forms

After responses are entered into a form, and acknowledgements, errors and warnings are managed (if applicable), the form must be signed and locked. The form status changes from In Progress to Complete.

Note

  1. If prompted: type password > click Sign.

  • In a multi-section form, every section must be signed before locking the form.

  • Alerts generated from a form appear in the Care Services and Resident Dashboards in the Clinical Alerts pane. The alerts must be reviewed and cleared as appropriate.
