Security for the Hospital Tracking Portal

The following are security permissions related to the Hospital Tracking Portal of the Care Services application. There are two Clinical Setup Role (system) roles available, or you can create a custom role with the following permissions.

Major Module = Clinical

Hospital Tracking Portal

N - No access to the Hospital Tracking Portal.

R - Access to view the Hospital Tracking Portal.

A - Same as above.

E - Access to edit the Admission and Transfer log. 

D - Same as above.

Major Module - Billing

Setup - Organization Setup (parent)

Determines the access a user has within Setup - Organization Setup.

Pick Lists - ADT/Profiles

(N/R/A/E/D) - Determines a user's access level to Pick Lists -ADT/Profiles.

Pharmacies and Other External Facilities

(N/R/A/E/D) - Determines a user's access level to Pharmacies and Other External Facilities.

Setup - A/R Configuration (parent)

Determines the access a user has within Setup - A/R Configuration.

A/R Configuration

Determines a user's access level to A/R Configuration.

Major Module = EMC Multi-community Organization Only

EMC - Clinical Reports (parent)

Determines the access a user has within the Management Console to Clinical Reports.

Rehospitalization Report

Y - Access to this report.
