Forms Management Reports and Dashboards

These reports and dashboards are related to managing forms.

  • Missing Entries Report - Use to show a list of residents who are missing a specific form or signatures on in progress forms.

  • Form History Report - Use to view the status of selected forms for all or an individual resident.

  • Form Schedule Cancellations Report - Use to view a list of all forms where the schedule is cleared or de-activated by a user.

  • Form Scheduling Report - Use to view a list of scheduled, in progress, and overdue forms for residents.

  • Form Schedule Audit Report - Use to audit schedule information for forms for your community. This includes when an form was scheduled, when it was due, when it was completed, and if it was completed on time.
