N - No access to Administration Record Assignment Setup.

Y - Access to this report in the Clinical report listing.

View All Orders

Y - Access to this report in the other actions button in eMAR.

Progress Notes

Determines user access to entering/viewing progress notes through the eMAR.

Progress Notes

N - Cannot see Progress Note buttons on any screen.

R - Can see PN buttons on Administration History on Administration Details tab.

A - Can see the Progress Notes tab Save Note button on Progress Notes and can complete the notes where dictated.

E - Can strike-out notes from the eMAR.

D - Same as above Must have Administration History access below and greater than R on Order Administration in order for user to add notes to a specific medication.

Draft Progress Notes

Y - Can save progress notes in draft format.

Enhanced Orders Management

Determines access to the documentation screens on the eMAR.

Order Administration

N - Y buttons are disabled on the Medication listing screens.

R - Can read documentation on the screen.

A - Record and Record and Next buttons appear, can strike-out documentation.

Y - Access to enter weights and vitals through the eMAR supplemental documentation and other actions button.

Y - Access to reorder supplies through the eMAR Other Actions button. Reorder Buttons appear.
