Navigating Point of Care (POC) Mobile Quick Reference Guide 

These screens contain items required to navigate POC Mobile.

Resident List

Name/Location options

Click to sort residents by name or location.

Menu icon

Click to access various options.

Refresh Residents - Click to refresh resident information.

Change Date - Click to change dates.

Change Community - Click to change communities.

Change Password - Click to change your password.

Logout - Click to log out.

Resident tiles

Click to document a task in a resident's care record.

4.

On Leave notification

Indicates the resident is transferred out in census.

5.

Assignment icon

Click to change the shift, position, assignment, or unit. Before documenting, confirm the information is correct.

Dashboard icon

Click then swipe left to access various options.

Alerts Triggered in the last 24 hours - Review resident alerts for the last 24 hours. Click Date or Name to sort the alerts.

Community Bulletin Board - Review community-wide messages. For example, planned company events or resident outings.

Communications - Review messages for care staff. For example, resident specific information.

Note

A notification appears when a new message is added to the Community Bulletin Board or Communications area, or when a new alert generates, for example:

The notification remains until you navigate to the Dashboard.

Click to document a task for a group of residents.

Click to access the resident list.

Back arrow

Click to go back to the resident list.

Menu icon

Click to access various options.

Refresh Tasks - Click to refresh resident tasks.

ISP - Click to view the resident's Individual Service Plan.

New Alert - Click to create an alert for the resident. Swipe left to access additional alert options.

RNA - Click to document a response of Resident Not Available for all tasks that are not complete.

Logout - Click to log out.

Resident photo

Press and hold to upload a resident photo.

4.

Resident header

Review resident information. For example, code status, allergies, and diet.

Click the arrow to expand the resident header and view additional resident information. The header remains expanded until you click to collapse it.

Task tiles

Click to select a task to document. Swipe left to access additional tasks.

VIEW INSTRUCTIONS 

Click to view the task Instructions.

Question arrow

Click to expand the responses.
