Service Utilization Report

The Service Utilization Report provides information on billing for services packages or a la carte billing where tasks are tied to charge codes.

This report provides information on services being over-used or under-used, and the frequency that residents are using a la carte services.

The report shows the options used to run the report, and it provides details based on your community setup and options selected for Weekly & Monthly Services Utilized and A la carte billing. The weekly and monthly information shows Date Ranges, Service Description, Charge Code, Units Included, Units Provided and the Utilization as over, under or expected by resident. The A la carte Billing information section shows Service Description, Charge Code, and Units Provided for each resident for the date range.

  2. Specify the dates.

  3.  Click All. To include only specific services, click select and select the services.
