A Leave Tracking process is required to monitor the number of bed hold/LOA days previously used by each resident. After the Leave Tracking Rules are configured, the system tracks any value entered under Previous Bed Hold/LOA Days Used along with the current bed hold/LOA based on the census entries. The previous Bed Hold/LOA Days used found in the Residents AR profile tab is only used to track Leave Days the Resident had in another Community. Any Leave days entered in the current Community are tracked through the census entry.

The entries are sorted by the Start of Leave date.

You can edit or delete the Previous Bed Hold/LOA Days Used entry.

When you try to delete a Previous Bed Hold/LOA entry, a warning message appears.
