Completing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) User Preferences

In CRM, a time zone is selected for each user. The time zone set in user preferences determines the time associated to the details entered in CRM. For example, when you enter lead information the time, user name, and date are added to the entry.

Note

Multiple time zones are listed for Eastern, Central and Mountain time. Use the standard unless you work in one of the specifically defined areas for that time zone.

Each person should update their CRM User Preference when traveling to a different time zone to be sure the correct time zone is captured for documenting.

  1. Do one of the following: 

    • Single community: CRM > User Preferences.

    • Multi-community: Management Console > Standards > CRM > User Preferences.

  2. Select Time Zone.
