Managing Living Unit Listing

The Room listing is where the detailed specifications of each room in the community are created and maintained. Based on the features setup for a community, the rooms can have different details listed.

Note

Complete Units/Floors/Living Unit Pick Lists, Living Unit Characteristics, Rate Type Categories, Rate Types, Living Unit /Rate Types Relationship, and Auto Add Beds before creating Living Unit Listing. 

  1. Billing > Setup > Living Unit Listing.

  2. Click New Living Unit/Rate Type.

  3. Click Save and then click Save again.

  • Set the living unit unit/rate type effective date before the earliest resident's move in date. For example, 01/01/1900.

  • Match the total number of beds on the Living Unit to the Community Configuration when applicable.

  • If security deposit is entered, the information is used on the Rent Roll and Vacancy reports.
