You can set up item types for trust entries. Item types organize trust entries into categories for reporting purposes, for example, hairdressing, cable and store. You can also create Trust recurring charges using item types, for example, monthly cable. You can run the Trust transaction history report filtered by the Item type to report on all the charges for one item type.
Note
In a Trust entry, if you type over an item type description to customize it, it no longer pulls into item type reporting.
