Managing Resolved and Cancelled Items in Service Plans

Focus, goals, and interventions can be resolved or cancelled within the resident service plan when the item is no longer needed. You can also bring back resolved or cancelled items, if required. When unresolving a focus, you can select which goal(s) and intervention(s) to bring back in 1 step. 

Marking Service Plan items as Resolved or Cancelled

  1. Care Services > Resident > Service Plan.

  2. Click Edit next to the focus, goal, or intervention to be resolved or cancelled.

    Note

    When a focus is being resolved or cancelled, all related goals and interventions are automatically resolved/cancelled.

  3. Select Resolved or Cancelled.

Unresolving a Service Plan Focus

  1. Care Services > Resident > Service Plan.

  2. To view all resolved/cancelled items, select SCR_SL_show_resolved.jpg.

  3. Click unresolve next to the focus. 

  4. Select goal(s) or intervention(s) to unresolve, as needed.

  • To unresolve an individual item, click edit, select Active and click Save.
