Navigating the Document Manager Dashboard

A Dashboard is available in Document Manager at the community. You can view the dashboard by My Packets, by Recent Move In, Incomplete Packets, or by Recently Completed

The Dashboard provides a place for managing packets preparation through signing. This is helpful to have one place where you can take the necessary actions of generating documents, identify packets to start, see which packets are incomplete, and completing packets. Each view offers search fields, filer options, and sort options. 

You see actions based on the status of the packet and can redirect to the resident chart by selecting the resident name. 

This screen contains items required to navigate the Document Manager Dashboard.

Dashboard

Lists packets by My Packets, Recent Move In, and Incomplete Packets.

2.

My Packets

Shows the packets you generated, packets you are assigned as the packet owner, and packets assigned to community packet owner type.

3.

Recent Move In

Shows residents that recently moved in and need action.

4.

Incomplete Packets

Shows residents that have packets generated but need to be completed.

5.

Recently Completed

Shows residents and the date of the completed packet. 

6.

Set Filer

Select filters for created date, move in date, and due date to customize the list. 

7.

Generate Document(s)

Click to generate document(s) for a resident.
