Monitoring and Managing Care Plan Reviews

After a resident care plan is completed, it is recommended the care plan be reviewed quarterly, or periodically based on your facility requirements. The care plan review provides a way to perform and document periodic review of the resident's interdisciplinary care plan.

Note

After a review is created, you must make any edits to the Care Plan through the Care Plan Review History section.
